Setting up FAQs
LashCoast Beauty Supply must be notified within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders passed 10 days of receipt are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by a LashCoast team member.
Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
In the event that a return is a result of our error, LashCoast will pay for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received the return we will inspect the items to ensure it is eligible for re-sale.
Please allow 24 hours for re-processing. You will receive notification with shipping details once your new order has been processed. You will be provided with an exchange, or credit.
